Payment:
I accept PayPal, Square, and all major credit cards. Payments must be made paid prior to shipment. All custom orders must be paid prior to product creation.
Shipping and Rush Orders:International shipments via USPS do not come with a tracking ID, only a parcel number. Therefore I strongly suggest purchasing insurance for an additional charge.
I can ship via FedEX or UPS with tracking at an additional charge. If this is your preferred method, please email me for pricing.
I understand that for some countries there are customs fees due when your package arrives, this will be at the cost of the buyer. I will not mark packages as gifts for fee avoidance.
I will also not mark the items as anything other than what they are, it is unlawful.
I ship via USPS in the USA and Worldwide. When shipping within the USA, I will provide a tracking number and delivery confirmation.
Each item, unless stated otherwise is created from scratch after your purchase. Please allow up to 14 business days before shipment of your order.
Rush orders and overnight shipping is also available for an additional charge, please email me for rush order fees.
I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages, therefore if you would like to add insurance to your order please contact me prior to purchasing.
Refunds and Exchanges:
After 14 days, I cannot offer any refunds or exchanges. Due to the nature of my work, all designs are handmade to order and are available only for exchange given there is a discrepancy or the customer is unsatisfied due to designer error. Returns are not accepted unless the item is damaged. Damaged includes, rips, stains, fabric damage of sort.
If a trim, accent fabric, or ribbon is discontinued, a similar (equally adorable) fabric will be substituted without notice of designer's choice.
Liability Policy:
At Orostani Couture, every piece is handcrafted with exceptional care and attention to detail. Because every pet is unique, customers are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for their pet’s size, temperament, and activity level.
Orostani Couture is not responsible for damage resulting from normal wear, improper use, chewing, scratching, or any damage caused by a pet. Pets should always be supervised while wearing apparel or accessories. Some designs contain decorative embellishments and are intended to be worn under owner supervision. They are not intended as chew toys or for unsupervised play.
Custom and personalized orders are made specifically for each customer and cannot be returned or exchanged unless an error has been made on our part or the item arrives damaged.
Please review all product descriptions, sizing information, and measurement guidelines carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions, we’re always happy to help before your purchase.
Because many of our designs are handmade using specialty fabrics, trims, ribbons, and embellishments, occasionally a material may become unavailable. If this happens, a comparable high-quality material may be substituted at the designer’s discretion while maintaining the overall look and quality of the design.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery so we can work with you toward a resolution.
