Navy and white striped chiffon 3 tier ruffled skirt frayed along the edges with figure 8 wrapped cord belt.

Velcro closure on neck and belly with gold ornamental button and red shimmer ribbon bow.

D-ring for easy leash attachment.

Handmade to order with love in the USA.

NOTE: Fabrics are limited, once they run out I will choose an equally beautiful fabric for the skirt to compliment the cotton bodice.
