Love is in the air with this flirty and elegant tutu harness dress. The Blue Crush glamour dress is made of 100% rich royal blueberry 4-ply silk. (Comes in Blue or Red) It is a harness style adjustable dress with velcro closure around neck and belly with handmade ribbon bow pearl accent. The central heart design is hand beaded with white pearls and rhinestone studs on cutouts of heart interlay of tulle layers, silk, and white denim that is frayed for an edgy contemporary feel. The tutu dress is formed with iridescent layers of deep blue wavy tulle and white with glitter tulle. It is accented with 3 hand-made silk and tulle overlay roses with pearl ribbon bows in between to add to the girlie and flirty yet classy girl look. D-ring at center back neckline for easy leash attachment. Fully lined.
