This party dress is made with a harness style ombre sequin lycra bodice and a unique embroidered flower taffeta skirt. Gorgeous glitter gold bow with gems and crystals adorn the waist. Adjustable velcro around neck and belly and d ring for leash attachment. Tulle underlay for added fullness. This is a perfect holiday or special occasion dress.
