I accept PayPal, Square, and all major credit cards. Payments must be made paid prior to shipment. All custom orders must be paid prior to product creation.Shipping and Rush Orders:
International shipments via USPS do not come with a tracking ID, only a parcel number. Therefore I strongly suggest purchasing insurance for an additional charge.
I can ship via FedEX or UPS with tracking at an additional charge. If this is your preferred method, please email me for pricing.
I understand that for some countries there are customs fees due when your package arrives, this will be at the cost of the buyer. I will not mark packages as gifts for fee avoidance.
I will also not mark the items as anything other than what they are, it is unlawful.
I ship via USPS in the USA and Worldwide. When shipping within the USA, I will provide a tracking number and delivery confirmation.
Each item, unless stated otherwise is created from scratch after your purchase. Please allow up to 14 business days before shipment of your order.
Rush orders and overnight shipping is also available for an additional charge, please email me for rush order fees.
I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages, therefore if you would like to add insurance to your order please contact me prior to purchasing.
Refunds and Exchanges:
After 14 days, I cannot offer any refunds or exchanges. Due to the nature of my work, all designs are handmade to order and are available only for exchange given there is a discrepancy or the customer is unsatisfied due to designer error. Returns are not accepted unless the item is damaged. Damaged includes, rips, stains, fabric damage of sort.
If a trim, accent fabric, or ribbon is discontinued, a similar (equally adorable) fabric will be substituted without notice of designer's choice.
Orostani Couture Inc. is not responsible for any damage to the merchandise that is caused by your dog. Please supervise your pet.
Each consumer is responsible for determining the suitability of these products for their individual situation. Consumer accepts all responsibility by purchasing and using my products.
Sorry but I do not allow refunds or exchanges on custom orders. It takes me a great deal of time to create each personalized design.
